Sensory/Motor Integration Workshop #2

We were invited to present again at a Sensory/Motor Integration Workshop at the University Of Cuenca for Adultos Mayores (“older adults”).

Last time we presented to students, this time to 8 teachers from Cuenca. They all fully participated in our Move With Balance® sensory/motor integration activities, one of our specialties.

All Spanish-speaking Ecuadorians so we brought along our translator. We are still working on our Spanish.

Move With Balance® in Florida

Karen Brinkley writes to us about her experience as a Move With Balance® teacher:

“Hello, I am very lucky to have started Move with Balance® where I live in Hudson, Florida. I live at a 55+ senior living. It is Heritage Pines. There are many activities here. So far, I have had one class so far. The classes started last Thursday. Since it went into the Heritage Pines information magazine, I have gotten @ 10 calls.

My first at home client was 80 years old. His wife was there to learn it so she could help him practice daily.

Thank you for everything you have done to help us. Karen Brinkley”

In addition, Karen gave a Move With Balance® workshop at Heritage Pines from 12:00—5:00PM on April 4. She is a busy girl. We appreciate her inspiration and dedication.

Sensory-Motor Integration Workshop at University for Older Adults

November 30, 2018

We were invited to present at a Sensory/Motor Integration Workshop at the University Of Cuenca for Adultos Mayores (“older adults”).

We were thrilled that 40+ people attended, all of them fully participating in the demo of the Move With Balance® sensory/motor integration activities, one of our specialties.

They were all Spanish-speaking Ecuadorians so we brought along our translator. They were glad the book has been translated into Spanish. They loved Move With Balance®. We will present again on April 26, 2019
